Cora De Haas - Property Manager
I joined the team at Professionals Cannington in 2014 after working in customer service in the UK and Central Europe. This has given me a strong and highly desirable set of communication skills and experience with dealing with a variety of clients from diverse cultural and ethical backgrounds.
Working in the Furnished Accommodation department at Professionals Cannington we deal with a high volume of tenants, especially during the peak season (beginning of semester). This requires a high level of organisation as it is not uncommon to sign up to 20 new individual leases in a day. The fast paced environment required in this department is an area in which I thrive and excel. My friendly, ambitious and outgoing personality is eminent in all my dealings with tenants and landlords alike.
Being organised and highly motivated has allowed me to step into the role of assistant property manager with ease. I pride myself on my common sense and out of the box way of thinking which has proven to be extremely beneficial when dealing with challenging situations. My ability to assess situations and come to a successful resolution through effective communication is a valuable asset I am able to bring to the furnished accommodation department at Professionals Cannington.

With an experienced background in customer service and having lived abroad it has allowed me to offer a unique understanding and service to our many international students who rent our furnished accommodation. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and highly organised nature.
