From the first phone call to the day of settlement, The Professionals in Cannington W.A were exactly what you would hope to expect from a Real Estate company but would never really actually receive. Sometimes though, such as in this case, dreams come true, as it was a very smooth process, from that side of things. Ironically, the agent we were dealing with, Mr Simon Backhouse, was actually the Seller’s agent as we were the buyers, however, he gave us the same Silver Service that he would have given the Seller’s. He was very professional and upfront at the negotiating stage, didn’t play any sales games with us, liaised with multiple trade services when we were at the renovation stage, was in constant communication at the settlement stage and even gave us flowers, wine and chocolates as a thank you at the ‘Handing over the keys’ stage. Great to deal with from start to finish. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase/sell in the Canning Shire and surrounding suburbs. I can see why the Professionals have won the ‘Property Now’ award for the last 3 years consecutively.
