The gang at BWBackhouse & Associates have been looking after our rental properties since around 2002. Denise, Simon, Fiona and the others are very careful to provide the best care and service to us and the tenants. The team is proactive and are the only agents that I know of who managed student housing on a large scale. They work together with various tertiary and other organisations to cater for future housing needs and keep landlords informed. Rents are paid on time without issues and are accompanied by regular statements. In all the years of their service we have not had any tenant absconding or not paying their rents. I am extremely pleased with them and highly recommend them.
