I entered the Real Estate industry in 2002 and spent the first 2 years in Property Management before I progressed to sales. After spending 10 years in sales I have developed a wide level of experience across many different markets while continuing to up skill myself in all facets of sales.

While I focus on the suburbs of Bentley and Cannington I have had considerable success in the immediate suburbs across the Canning and Gosnells Shires. My Key aim is to tailor a marketing and advertising campaign specific to each property to ensure I sell with maximum impact for online internet sites.

For buyers I have a detailed database of several thousands of buyers in which we can market and communicate with which services both buyers and sellers needs with great efficiency and speed.

With a background of nearly 15 years in retail & wholesale I understand the strong commitment to customer service & attention to detail as an essential ingredient to providing service in Real Estate. I welcome feedback from my clients to help better my level of service.

While I specialise in the Bentley and Cannington suburbs and immediate surrounds my key niche is selling Investment Property. I have a keen understanding of Investment property as a multiple investment owner, my background initially in leasing and property management and my ongoing learning in following multiple property investment websites, articles, books and blogs.
