Tazmin entered the Real Estate world in 2021, from her early days in reception and office coordination to supporting senior staff as an assistant property manager, she steadily earned her stripes.
Now thriving as a Property Manager, Tazmin brings a unique blend of tenacity, intuition, and sharp attention to detail. Her reputation is built on reliability, a commitment to service excellence, and an ability to handle complex tasks with calm confidence. Quietly ambitious and always one step ahead, Tazmin doesn’t just manage property — she builds trust, solves problems, and makes things happen.
In 2024, she became part of the BW Backhouse family, specialising in the furnished department — a natural progression for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Tazmin treasures her time outside of work with her son. You’ll often find her meticulously planning their next holiday escapade or enjoying a breezy coastal stroll — coffee in one hand, toddler in the other. Originally from Ireland, she has a deep love for her roots and spends a lot of her downtime playing traditional instruments, playing Gaelic football, and teaching her son the Gaeilge language — one word (and song) at a time.
